Health and Aging Transition

Pivot Point Ministries offers support to those in aging and health transitions in three ways:

1)those individuals and their care givers who are connected to various forms of dementia;

2)those who are experiencing loneliness as a result of social isolation;

3)those seeking to age with dignity and wellness.

Support will be offered for those going through aging and health transitions.
